Phil Hartnoll is true rave royalty. He helped soundtrack an entire generation with tracks like Chime, Halcyon and Belfast, and with their legendary performances at Glastonbury Phil and his brother Paul can lay claim to kicking down the doors for an entire electronic music scene.
